Discovered by Dani & used at the National Halloween ConventionIt is a very cool tree in design in that you can control how the lights flow and flicker. You can also move much of the wired branches just how you want them.
I put it on a table top so that it is very tall with hanging high dangling ornies (see video a few posts down)
GREAT tree for the amazing price. Looks beautiful, I bought a second and have no quality issues with this one (see review/click pic).
Finally, want a Halloween Tree for Free??!!

These are all great. A couple of years ago my friend and I made a similar tree from branches off of a tree and sprayed painted it black and another one gold for our "Halloween" party. We hung popcorn filled hands and candy corn (for the finger nails)from the tree. The kids just loved it.

I saw those same Skelly lights at Cost Plus just yesterday - too cute! And I think they jiggle too - what could be more fun? I may have to get me some.
